Your Suffolk funeral celebrant honouring your loved one with a personal tribute and a respectful, dignified ceremony.
A Personal Tribute A Funeral, or a Celebration of Life ceremony, allows family and friends the time they need to say a meaningful, deliberate, heartfelt goodbye to their loved-one.
Never underestimate the power of a last goodbye.
A key part of the grieving process is the knowledge that everything has been said, and that emotions have been expressed; this allows us all a sense of being able to 'move on' when the time is right.
Everyone takes their own time. Relationships are highly personal and we all grieve differently- but you have many choices available to you at this difficult time, choices which I can help you navigate. As your local, Suffolk funeral celebrant, I'm just a phone call away.
Give sorrow words; the grief that does not speak whispers the o'er-fraught heart and bids it break.
William Shakespeare
It's so important for their 'voice' to be heard
As your funeral celebrant, I will meet with you beforehand, listen and understand the story of your loved-one's life. It's so important for their 'voice' to be heard. From there I will craft their personal ceremony for you to approve. We'll discuss any elements you would like to add: music, readings, eulogies and any others you may wish to incorporate.
On the day I will be there to run the ceremony for you making sure they have the send-off you want for them, whatever style that may take.
Many funerals take place in cemeteries and crematoriums but those ceremonies can also be undertaken in places that hold significant meaning for you, in local hotels and other ceremonial spaces, giving you the chance to take your time, develop the ceremony according to their wishes and give your loved one a truly personalised send off.
Why choose me as your funeral celebrant?
I listen, I give you time and I'll make sure your loved-one's ceremony is given the attention it deserves. Their life and legacy matter. You can rely on me, and put your trust in me, to deliver.
How does it work?
From £300
You can make contact with me directly to discuss your requirements and you can also request me for your ceremony through your chosen Funeral Directors.
You may have different requirements however - perhaps organising the funeral yourselves or you may be preparing your own eulogy to add to your affairs in advance to help family. I can also support you with these arrangements.
If you are undertaking a direct cremation for your loved one, and arranging a memorial for another time, then I can offer my services here too.
I also write eulogies for families to be used on the ceremony day, especially if a celebrant is not required. I would be happy to do that for you.
